The Co-operative Funeralcare provides the individual support, care and reassurance needed when it matters most.

If you choose to take out single payment Funeral Plan or Funeral Assist, The Co-operative Funeralcare will provide the essential elements of your cremation funeral and take care of the arrangements. The Co-operative Funeralcare Funeral Director will be able to provide your family with expert guidance and advice on the cost of additional services and any special touches your family would like to add. If you have any personal wishes, these can be recorded with The Co-operative Funeralcare and passed on to your family at the time of your funeral. Once your application has been processed you will receive Documents Folder which will include a Personal Wishes form for you to complete.
