For 30 years, we have been continually understanding and responding to your life insurance needs with straightforward over 50s life cover products.

Our customers are always at the very heart of everything we do and we’re always keen to know your views. So from time to time we like to carry out surveys, which help us understand what our customers think of us and how we can improve the services we offer. In one of our recent surveys we found that:

• 94% of our customers said they were either satisfied or totally satisfied with the service they’ve received from us
• 90% of our customers would recommend - or have already recommended - us to a friend or relative
